Soup with pumpkin and asparagus
The first dish during Lent particularly relevant. Because they allow perfectly satisfied for a long time not to feel hunger! This vitamin soup will bring a lot of use and enjoyment!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Asparagus

    400 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Cut the potatoes into small cubes, pour its slightly salted broth, bring to boil, cook for 15 minutes.

Carrots and pumpkin grate on a coarse grater, onion chopped. Prepared vegetables fried in vegetable oil, adding soy sauce, over high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.

Asparagus cut into small pieces, add to potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.

In the soup add the fried vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.

Blend the soup with a blender. Pour into bowls, garnish as desired.
