                            Prepare the products.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Chop the onion and carrots.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Cut the mushrooms. I used frozen mushrooms from our own resources, pre-thaw them.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            In a saucepan, pour vegetable oil.                             Fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Add water. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Prepare the dumplings. In a Cup measure out the required amount of semolina. Add the boiling water.                             Make a small balls into balls, wetting hands with water.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Lay the dumplings into the boiling soup.
