Mushroom soup with dumplings manami
Easy to prepare, but hearty soup. It's quick and easy. Great for fasting. Try.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Prepare the products.

Chop the onion and carrots.

Cut the mushrooms. I used frozen mushrooms from our own resources, pre-thaw them.

In a saucepan, pour vegetable oil. Spread the sliced vegetables and mushrooms.

Fry for 5 minutes.

Add the soy sauce.

Fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add water. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Prepare the dumplings. In a Cup measure out the required amount of semolina. Add the boiling water. Stir.

Add the chopped greens.

Again mix well.

Make a small balls into balls, wetting hands with water.

Lay the dumplings into the boiling soup.

Cook the soup for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the soup cups. Serve soup by adding fresh herbs.
