My love for soups are endless! Offer the holiday option from my collection! Very tasty, very easy, very useful! And completely without harm to the figures!

Ingredients

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Beetroot leaves

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, add to the onions, fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Spinach, chard, and sorrel minced, add to the onions and carrots, sauté 5 minutes.

Broth bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, add roasted vegetables, cook for 2 minutes.

Cereal grind.

Soup blend.

In the soup add crushed corn flakes, cooking for another 5 minutes. Crushed corn flakes are a great way to thicken the soup. Serve with boiled egg or croutons (optional).
