Description
Very tasty, original sauce, which was invented accidentally, modified and written to the QC for a long time, so how is it a very original addition that will fill a new taste of not only pastry dishes (dumplings, ravioli, pasta), but feel free to come to fish or meat.

Cooking
In sour cream, squeeze the garlic and add honey.
Very carefully stir. Each added ingredient you need to mix separately and gradually, i.e. not dump everything at once and try to stir, you need not hurry, then the result will delight.
Add the olive oil, mix well.
And the last is added balsamic vinegar, stir and try! If necessary, salt.
The consistency should be homogeneous and does not flake. Of course, you can add herbs to taste, but the recipe is a base, we like it that way, but feel free to try to develop your perfect recipe!
