Porridge with ham and eggs
A rich sweet Breakfast option. Suitable for those who do not like dairy cereal, and loves in the morning to fuel up tightly.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    70 g

  • Ham

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a pan heat oil, add chopped onions and ham. Fry until Golden brown

Add to the pan cereal. I used the flakes "Extra" TM Mistral - they are ready in minutes

Pour in the broth or water, add salt to taste and cook the oatmeal for 3 minutes

Add the prepared porridge chopped parsley and stir

Separately fry the omelette with 1 egg. Serve porridge, eggs laid on top. Bon appetit!
