Fish village
I want to offer you a great recipe for fish. Easy to cook, simple, fast and delicious results!!! Unusual creamy taste! The recipe is taken from my old notebooks. When I want to and need something quick to cook and fish dish, I return to it. Try it and you will not regret it!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Greens

Cooking

Fish cut into pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or as you like. Carrots cut into slices. Onion rings.

Lay on the bottom of a deep skillet or casserole potatoes, on top lay the pieces of fish fillet.

Then, slice carrots and onions.

Season with salt and pepper, add Bay leaf, black pepper, butter.

Cover with cold water (I use boiling) so that only the potato was in the water. Many do not pour! Put on the fire. Cooking-simmer until tender on medium heat. The time depends on your varieties of potatoes, since the fish fillet is cooked quickly. The first five minutes under the lid and then without it.

After 15 minutes the dish is ready! I had enough this time. Sour cream, sprinkle with finely chopped greens and immediately bring to the table!
