Bulgarian cold soup
Oh, I would like to add your recipe of this soup for hot summer days... saw-Saw, there are a couple of recipes!!! Cucumbers do not rush! Will be removed if you do not like... I Have a variation on the theme...

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

1. Grate cucumber. 2. The garlic through a garlic press, add salt, pepper, vegetable oil, grind.

Yogurt whipped with mineral water, add pressed cucumber and garlic dressing, chopped dill
