Caramel cheesecake with prunes
The cheesecake is extremely interesting, caramel flavor. Very easy to prepare, incredibly delicious. Recipe from Alex (Mirsladostey).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.3 cup

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Condensed milk

    180 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Flavor

Cooking

Prunes to soak for 15 minutes.

Mix soft butter, cocoa, sugar, sour cream.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder, knead the dough.

The form in diameter 18-20 cm put the dough. A little test left, put in the freezer.

To the cream cheese add the milk, starch, eggs, rum flavoring. Stir with a mixer.

Spread on the bottom of the prunes.

Pour on top of cheese filling.

From the fridge to get the rest of the dough and grate it over the filling.

Bake 35 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. The cooled cake and leave overnight in the fridge to well seized. Decorate as desired.
