Cake
This cake I baked for the birthday of my best friend. The party was a surprise to him, as the cake itself. A recreational fisherman praised my work ; -)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Vegetable oil

    175 ml

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

    1 pack

  • Cherry

    2 can

  • Pudding vanilla

    500 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Jam

    5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

Cooking

For the dough beat eggs with sugar. Slowly add the oil. Alternately add milk and flour.

Half of the dough pour in the pan.

In the other half add the cocoa.

Carefully to distribute on a light test.

Put the cherries and gently press into the dough. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

For cream vzbit butter. Gradually add the pudding.

To whip the cream. Stir gently with butter cream.

Cake to grease cream. The pattern to cut out fish.

Melt chocolate with butter. Frost the tail and fins. With a fork to make a pattern in the chocolate to show through the cream.
