Description

A delicate terrine of green peas
Lovely appetizer - light, fresh, pleasant... Great for ladies :)

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    250 g

  • Cream cheese

    120 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Cooking

Peas blanch in boiling salted water for 4 minutes and then drain in a colander.

Onions clear and finely chop, then fry it on hot oil.

Fried onions mixed with curd cheese and sour cream, then add the mashed peas.

Using a blender grind the peas to a puree consistency. You can pre-lay a few whole peas for decoration.

Crushed peas mixed with onion and cheese filling and season to taste with salt and ground white pepper.
