Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 kg

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

  • Soft cheese

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Layer pork carcass or salmon rubbed with salt, garlic and mustard on top sprinkle with dill.

Turn into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Put into the fridge for 12 hours (+/- half a day acceptable).

Get a roll of plastic wrap, unfold and cover with grated cheese.

Then turn the meat tightly into a roll and tied with string or fasten with toothpicks. Daubed with mayonnaise and wrap in foil.

Place on a baking sheet and put in preheated oven. Bake loaf about 1 hour. If you want to get a ruddy crust, then about 15 minutes before the end of the release foil.

Remove from the oven, release from the thread or toothpicks. Cut into slices.

Roll this preparation is good because there can be hot with any side dish or as a cold appetizer.
