Beet soup with mushrooms and beans
Delicious, vegetable soup. And the color everyone liked it. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Beans

    5 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

Wash beets, wrap in foil and bake at 180C. until soft, about a hour. Cook the broth of a liter of water and mushrooms. Remove the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Beans in my tomato.

Onion finely chopped and cooked until transparent in butter.

Add beets cut into strips.

Mix onions with beans and mushrooms, then pour broth, add salt and pepper.

Served to the table hot who are not fasting, you can add a spoonful of sour cream in each bowl.
