Soup in Catalan
Soupe catalane. Never cooked soups with white wine. French cuisine gives extraordinary secrets and reveals a surprising delicacy. What details, motifs that change any dish, making it perfect. Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Ham

    250 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sweet white wine

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Yolk egg

  • Water

    2 l

  • Thyme

  • Basil

  • Salt

That's right ingredient. Wine just a glass, not a whole ham, and eggs only need the yolks and the optional.

Recipe onions had to be fried rings, but I cut a little less. Fry until light Golden color.

Add the ham cubes.

Put the onions, ham tomatoes, quartered or sliced as you like.

From the pan to put the vegetables with the ham in a pan (you can fry directly in the pan, if you have the right dishes or if the house is cold, and the fire has not been canceled). Pour a glass of wine and bring to a boil.

As the wine boils, pour two liters of water.

Add to the boiling soup chopped potatoes.

Add herbs (I had thyme and Basil). Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Yolks pour in a portion before serving and stir. Instead of yolks, an alternative was found: for 15 minutes until done put in soup pasta and serve with grated cheese.
