Salad
The salad was incredibly tasty. I would say exquisite. Terrific taste. By the way, I do not recognize in these salads fruits but the Apple is the topic. My husband does not like avocado, but here it is good! A marmalade of pepper is generally to tea, it would seem. But, the salad and me and my husband loved it! The idea of a salad I saw in the Great Encyclopedia of salads, adjusted to your taste. To enjoy do not want???

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Arugula

    2 handful

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    30 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Bell pepper, preferably red, cut into thin strips. Pepper strips and blanch in a pan in a boiling mixture of lemon juice and sugar to caramelization of sugar and the softness of the pepper (about 3 minutes). Allow to cool completely.
