Prepare salad excluding soaking and boiling barley. To prepare grits, in advance, for the day, or even two. When boiling well add aromatic herbs such as thyme, Bay leaf. Ready barley perfectly stored in the refrigerator. We make a salad. Need to cut the olives, parsley and green onions. If you don't like capers, you can replace the green olives. I always do, my family do not like capers.
Mix dressing: olive oil, lemon juice and mustard, gently sprinkle with salt ( olives are salty) and pepper.
Mix well, pour dressing, sprinkle with pine nuts. The salad is ready, try it!
