Delicious and healthy porridge made from millet flakes with cherry and candied plums. Prepared quickly, and it turns out quite delicate and not to say that porridge made from millet. Plums give a sweet porridge a little sour.

Cooking
To prepare the porridge will require the cereals millet (TM Mistral). I have a glass with a volume of 200 ml.
Flakes pour the milk, add salt and vanilla to taste.
Add liquid honey and stir.
Add a candied cherry. Mix well.
The resulting mass is poured into a clay pot. Put the pot in the oven and turn on the fire. Preparing porridge at 20 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Plum rinse with water, remove seeds. With each plum half cut off the bottom part with the skin to plum juice soaked in porridge.
Get the cereal from the oven, spread the plums, the taste is put on top of butter and put another 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the sauce for porridge. Milk mixed with egg yolk and sugar. Put on a slow fire and heated.
Mix the cocoa and cornstarch, vanilla. When the mixture become warm, then add 2-3 tbsp cornstarch to the cocoa and stir to avoid lumps. Pour a thin stream to the sauce and stir. Boil until thick. The sauce cool slightly.
