Favorite millet casserole
This recipe was born in our family five years ago! make this casserole I used to! My whole family loved it! There are fans and friends! Cook for her guests! Of course, hot it tastes better! But in the cold, - also delicious! Their own kind of twist appears! Some of the guests call this a pudding cake! I advise you to try! I'm sure you will like it!   • Water

    2 cup

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

  • Cream cheese

    70 g

  • Butter

    10 g

Before cooking millet, I always washed to remove bitterness. In the cold water to fill up the millet, bring to boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, to almost complete absorption of water. Then add milk, salt and sugar (in my proportions to taste). And cook on low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring the bowl. at the end add the butter.

Grease the form of butter. I like to make this casserole in a silicone mould. Coluche the oven to have time to warm up. I put on 180°c. Spread the porridge, it needs to be thick. And level the surface.
