Description
Delicious, quick to prepare dish for Breakfast, instead of eggs which are used Adygei cheese or paneer with a small amount of sour cream. "Omelette" is the most similar to the present, if it add black salt, which has a distinctive egg flavor. I have this spice was, and I tried to do without it, replacing granulated garlic, was pleased with the result even without this salt, the dish turned out very similar to real scrambled eggs!

Adygei cheese grind into crumbs with your fingers or with a blender. It is important that the cheese was shredded as fine as possible, from this condition will directly depend on its resemblance to scrambled eggs. Cut diced tomatoes, sour cream mix with milk and granulated garlic.
Heat the pan vegetable oil without smell, add the spices, keep on heat for 10 seconds.
Put the spices, the tomatoes and fry, stirring occasionally.
Add to the pan Adygei cheese, mix it with the tomatoes. If you have black salt, put 1/4 tsp with cheese. Pour a lot of creamy milk mixture. Cook "omelet" for 5 minutes, then immediately served to the table!
