Buckwheat cookies
This cookie is a great option for vegetarians and also for those who are dieting. It has no sugar, butter, eggs, flour... it is very hearty and great for healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    50 g

  • Oat flakes

    90 g

  • Honey

    40 g

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    35 g

  • Jam

    35 g

Cooking

For this recipe I used buckwheat from the Mistral. Measure the required amount of buckwheat and boil it until soft, even a little to tenderize it.
