Another recipe from my grandmother. However, fresh yeast in it, I replaced the dry, I prefer that. And the dough I knead bread. And so is everything else I have not changed. The cakes are really tasty and airy.

Cooking
Again, the dough I kneaded bread. But for those who do not, in warm milk dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar, wait until you get the froth. Beat egg with remaining sugar, add honey and fat, add milk and carefully enter the sifted flour. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
While suitable dough, prepare the filling. Nuts grind in a blender with the sugar, pour on a dry pan and lightly fry.
Add a dash of vanilla and pour water. Stirring constantly, bring to ductility.
Roll out thinly the dough.
The middle circles of dough put 1 tsp of the stuffing.
And shape the meatballs. Put them on a baking sheet with parchment.
And bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Proteins whisk with sugar, add the lemon juice and knead until smooth. I'm sorry, but the photo I have the remnants of glaze, all the rest ate my sweet tooth. Had to urgently else to do.
Hot cakes to grease with glaze and allow to cool.
