Beat butter with seasonings, add the cheese, stir until smooth.
Cut ham cubes, onion into thin rings, bell pepper slices and add to cottage cheese, mix well. Then dill, other herbs, salt, pepper.
Cut the baguette first crosswise and then lengthwise. Take out the crumb, preferably a single strip, but if you fail, too, in the middle will not be visible. Then spread the mass on all 4 halves. Each in the middle lay a strip of crumb and cover with the other half.
Then sculpt, wrap tightly in foil and leave in the fridge for a few hours. By the way, the next day, the seam will be almost invisible, and guests will ask you how you have filled it without cutting it. At least I heard more than once! BON APPETIT !
