Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Assorted vegetable

    500 g

Puff pastry thawed and roll it out. Fish to defrost. Lay fish fillets on pieces of puff pastry salt and pepper white ground pepper.

Finely chop the dill and onions.

Fish fillet grease prepared green pesto (if not - then no!..) and sprinkle with dill and onions.

Wrap it up the fish (our BELLA DONNA) in a mysterious robe.

Lubricate the egg and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes (depending on oven!).

SAUCE: Fry the almonds in a dry frying pan. Heat the cream and add the cream cheese and then the toasted almonds, stew over low heat all together.

Boil vegetables in salted water or cook in a double boiler
