Cooking

step-0
In a saucepan add the rice, cereal and a pinch of salt, pour water and coconut milk. Put on fire and bring to boil. Then the fire abated, cover the pan with a lid. Cook 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Yes! Porridge cooks without sugar)
step-1
5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the coconut flour and flakes. (Here optional: can use only coconut flour or only coconut. I like it when a pinch of shavings.)
step-2
While porridge cooks, make plantains. Fruit cleaned, cut lengthwise and then across in half.

Mix the melted butter and orange juice to thoroughly cover this mixture each slice of banana. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
step-4
Bake in pre-razogretoj to 190 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
step-5
Porridge pour into bowls, arrange the bananas.
