American potato salad
A popular salad in the United States and Canada, it is sold already prepared, but easy to prepare at home and take with you on a picnic. And pickled onions in soy sauce taste just wins.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 handful

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Eggs and potatoes boil, cool, peel, cut into cubes. Celery finely chopped.

Onions cut into thin half-rings, pour boiling water for 2 minutes, drain the water in the onions pour soy sauce and leave for 5 minutes.

Prepare the filling: mix mayonnaise, natural yoghurt and mustard.

In a bowl put potatoes, celery, onion together with soy sauce, add the filling, sprinkle with paprika, mix well. Put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. To take along on a picnic! Bon appetit!!
