Salad
Last year I visited Italy. And forever fell in love with all your soul Rocket salad. A similar salad I tried at one of the restaurants of Florence, and on arriving home began to experiment. It is prepared every day ( I do not dissemble!!! ), so I decided to share with You!!! Want to lose weight? In the evening try to eat only my delicious salad and You will see the result!

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Arugula

    20 g

  • Lettuce

    40 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Parmesan

    20 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, cut out stalk. Carrots to clean and RUB the long strips on the Korean grater.

Salads washed in a large vessel filled with water and drain in a colander. Let them drain well on a towel. If the salad is big and break into pieces with your hands.
