Cheese and aubergine cake
Simple, fast, for eggplant lovers.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Egg whisk with salt and sugar, add sour cream, soda repay vinegar.

Eggplant clean, cut into small cubes, soak in water with salt, let stand for

In the dough add the cheese, mix well

Add the washed and pressed eggplant

Add the flour with the sesame seeds (half)

Put into a form, greased with butter, sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Put in pre heated oven (180*C, 30 min)
