In the midst of berry season is the time to prepare delicious oatmeal with berries. This oatmeal is not cooked, as usual, and bake in the oven. The berries do not lose their shape and slightly podshow become sweeter and more aromatic. And porridge turns slightly crumbly, which is very unusual for oatmeal cereal.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 170 - 180 degrees C. Butter softened and thoroughly mix in a bowl all the ingredients, except berries.
Gently add to the mix berries. The berries can be arbitrary. I had a mixture of red and white currant, Saskatoon and raspberries. You can use frozen berries. Form for baking grease with butter and pour in it our mix.
The mixture becomes quite liquid, the milk level should be flush with the cereal. Put the mold with the future mess in the oven and wait until the cereal has absorbed all the liquid and mess is covered with a light crust. It will take about 45 minutes.
