Hi everyone, I want to share with you the recipe "Pickled celeriac"! I again to you with my favorite, a useful vegetable! Ingredients

  • Celery root

    1 kg

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Celery peel and grate on the Korean grater.

To prepare the marinade. Well to heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Remove from the heat, add all the spices (salt, sugar, coriander, pepper), mix well.
