Hot potato snack
Potatoes, fried with green beans, leeks and walnuts with garlic - this vegetable side dish to meat or poultry, and snack, and a hot salad, and main dish for meatless and vegetarian nutrition.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

  • Black pepper

Potatoes wash well, dry; cut into 4 pieces in length and fry in vegetable oil in a pan for about 10 minutes on small fire.
