Meat in French
This is essentially pancakes made of meat. My five year old daughter is not a meat-eater and that meat with great pleasure. There is similar, but I decided to share my version too everyone likes.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

Prepare all what you need :-)

Beat well the eggs, mayonnaise, flour is our dough

Cut the meat into cubes

Finely chop the onion (but not porridge)

Mix well the onions with the meat. Add black pepper and salt (not much, because we still have mayonnaise)

Meat with onions add to our dough, mix well. Cover with foil and leave it for 30 minutes ( I put them in a refrigerator)

Fry in boiling fat very quickly (that would have formed a crust)

Toasted masky put the barrels in a saucepan, where and bring to readiness, adding some water will proverim. BE SURE THE BARRELS!
