Salad
Why "Simple"? Because it contains 2 ingredients, but very tasty and crispy due to the pickled onions.

Ingredients

  • Heart

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sour cream

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion cut into strips and pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the boiling water and cover with cold water. Add 1H. spoon of salt, 1ch. l. sugar, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1-2st. a spoon of vinegar. To allow to stand.

Heart boil (before cooking, I usually soak the heart for 2-3 hours, then boil about 3 hours, an hour before ready salted) and cut into strips.

With Luke drain the marinade. Add the onion to heart and mix. Fill mayonnaise + sour cream 50/50. Ready. Bon appetit!
