Doughnuts are sweet and donuts eateries
The cookie dough a very long time I found in the net, airy, light, tasty. Recently prepared two variants - sweet and eateries, very convenient! Sweet donuts - favorite donuts are sweet, but eateries with crab, in my opinion, love everything;)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Water

    50 g

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

  • Crab meat

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Topping pastry

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 l

Cooking

Prepare the required products.

Melt the butter in the microwave, dissolve yeast in warm water with a tablespoon of sugar and leave to rise for about 15 minutes.

Add 500g sifted flour, salt, butter, milk, vodka and eggs.

Knead sticky, thick batter.

Cover with cling film, send in a warm place for 40-50 minutes.

Coming up to divide the dough into two halves. One add 50g of sugar, another of chopped crab meat (it's better to finely chop).

Pouring flour, knead a soft elastic dough, cover with film and leave again to go (about 20 minutes).

Dough with crab meat roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Sweet roll dough thickness of 0.5 cm (if you want a lush - 1cm), I cut the doughnuts with a serving of the culinary ring. You can leave them for 10 minutes before frying, then the dough will a little more suitable and donuts will be more elaborate.

Bake the donuts in a well-heated vegetable oil without the smell for a couple of minutes on each side. Donuts are baked very quickly. Ready donuts should be spread on paper napkins or towels to soak up excess oil. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a water bath, pour them sweet donuts, sprinkle with confectionery sugar sprinkles, let chocolate harden.
