Description
Millet porridge is one of the most useful but unloved children as it contains bitter shades. That it was not the millet should be washed with boiling water – just so the grains will separate fatty film, which imparts a bitter taste. Then everything is simple: enrich wheat flavors with apples, pumpkin, spices, and pass to the oven.

Cooking
Millet rinse with cold water. Then pour a few minutes not hot water. Then drain the water.
Apple peel and cut into cubes.
In refractory form to put the millet. Pour in the milk. Add the apples.
Add the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon. Mix well. Put in the oven at 170 until cooked (40-50 minutes).
