Description

Porridge of oatmeal with cheese
We love oatmeal but mostly in the dairy porridge. I wanted to try for Breakfast for something lighter but filling. And so was born this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Eyeglasses

    1 cup

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

Butter is sent in the pan. Add the oatmeal and on high heat fry for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add salt, sugar, cardamom and pour the water. Make a very small fire, stir, cover with a tight lid and leave to simmer for 35-40 minutes (if necessary, add a little water, I have to add)

In the finished porridge add finely diced, Adygei cheese.
