                            Separately in oil mixture - 10 g butter and 1 tbsp olive sauté thinly sliced onions for 5 minutes, then cover and saute for 10 minutes                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Add the sugar, I have a 2 piece sugar and vinegar (this is to taste), I have a few drops on a teaspoon. Should be moderately sweet and moderately sour. I added soy sauce a little bit.
