Description
The name of the Cocktail derives from the French ' fourchette — fork. The Banquet is a joint meal, but as invited guests eat standing up, choosing on the table of snacks and drinks. Today I propose to prepare a hot snack "Salmon baked in the oven Holiday". Fans of fish dishes will appreciate this dish. Cooking
Ingredients salmon "Holiday". Additionally, we will require a form for baking foil. The size of molds for baking 10 x 7 cm.
Fillet of salmon cut into pieces with a width of approximately 3.5-4 cm.

In a bowl add diced onions, ground black pepper (1/2 tsp), add the vegetable oil (2 tbsp.)
Add spicy dried herbs (1 tsp), add the sauce TM Kikkoman, add the lemon juice (2 tbsp.). Mix until well blended.
Put the pieces of salmon.

Cut the potatoes into curly with a knife in the form of spirals.

In baking dish put potato spiral, in order to avoid burning of potatoes to the bottom of the form, add the required amount of water (about 0.5 cm)
