Fake kebab with spicy sauce
To be honest, I have no idea how to cook real shish-kebabs! I invite you to enjoy my version of this hearty meal in a duet with a spicy fresh sauce!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

In the bowl of a blender grind carrots, onions, garlic.

For the sauce bell peppers bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until soft. Cut the pepper and put it into the blender. Add the garlic and hot pepper.

Add the tomato paste. Tomato paste can adjust the sharpness of the sauce. I had 3 tablespoons and the sauce was still spicy!
