To be honest, I have no idea how to cook real shish-kebabs! I invite you to enjoy my version of this hearty meal in a duet with a spicy fresh sauce!

Cooking
In the bowl of a blender grind carrots, onions, garlic.
To the mince add the chopped vegetables, egg, pepper, salt, spices.
Stir until smooth and refrigerate.
For the sauce bell peppers bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes until soft. Cut the pepper and put it into the blender. Add the garlic and hot pepper.
Grind, add salt to taste.
Add the tomato paste. Tomato paste can adjust the sharpness of the sauce. I had 3 tablespoons and the sauce was still spicy!
For the preparation of Lula I used skewers Forester.
The formed sausages directly on the grill and fry until done.
I served on fresh tortillas, which were prepared in advance. Oiled cakes with the sauce and put Lula! Pellet soaked with sauce and juices from Lula!
To the mince I added spices Forester for meat.
