Pie
This cake is from the same test :"the Danish dough from flour, yeast, milk, eggs with lots of butter. The texture is similar to croissant, but taste sweeter." The taste is awesome! Need really some time to prepare it, but this is only due to the fact that the dough has to soak in the fridge. Cooking is not difficult!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    315 g

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    210 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Yeast

    2.25 tsp

  • Jam

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Yeast dissolve in warm water and leave for 5 minutes until froth.

In a bowl mix sugar, salt, warm milk and egg.

To this mixture add the yeast and mix well, set aside for now.

Cold butter cut into pieces and put into blender along with the flour. If you don't have a blender, you can simply chop with a knife.

10-12 is enough ripple that the butter has turned into small pieces.

Add the butter-flour mixture to the yeast mixture. Very gently mix until dry mixture is completely moistened, do not long disturb the butter must remain in pieces.

The dough is sticky, place it on a large piece of plastic and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours at night.

In the fridge the dough is a little approached. Put the dough on podpylenny flour on the table, at first with hands and then with a rolling pin, prisypaya flour, roll out into a rectangle.

Then again. Again roll out into a rectangle again, fold and roll out, repeat 3 times. Refrigerate again at least 30 minutes or day.

Take the dough, divide into 2 parts. One part till remove in the cold.

Another part of the roll out, don't forget a little flour, if sticky, in a rectangle. This is best done on parchment paper or Mat. Cut two corners, and then two small triangles at the other end of the test.

Put the filling in the middle. The sides are cut slanting strips.

Weave braid. Repeat this with the second piece of dough.

Brush braids with egg yolk, beaten with 2 tablespoons milk. Lubricate the spit.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked and Golden brown.
