Gingerbread from rye flour
This recipe I saw on the package of flour that I bought for baking bread. Manufacturer recommended to prepare well and decided to try it. Turned out delicious, very flavorful and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Rye flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar until smooth.

Add sifted rye flour, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, baking powder and cocoa.

Whisk until a homogeneous mass.

Put into molds for baking (I have silicone) to half, because during baking the dough rises. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Very tasty with a Cup of espresso.
