Oatmeal
A savoury option cooking oatmeal is a great way to vary the morning menu. Offer to make some hot tomato grits.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ginger

  • Parsley

  • Salt

Cooking

Measure out cereal. I use flakes, but Mistral does not require cooking. Fill their Cup of boiling water, stir, cover with a lid.

Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes from the skin (after dropping them in boiling water, then in cold water), cut cubes, chop onion and ginger root (about 1 cm). You can skip the ginger through a garlic press. Will italcem in a mortar nuts (not to dust)))

Will heat a pan with a little vegetable oil, put mustard seeds and fry them until they begin to crackle.
