Porridge in the pumpkin
Fragrant porridge is suitable for both children and adults. And if you cook milk and water, and in the post you can eat.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Raisins

  • Candied

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Nuts

    1 Tbsp

Cut the pumpkin lid, take out the seeds and pulp (to postpone, we'll need it). To clean it up with a spoon, leaving very little on the walls

In the milk put the butter, add grits and chopped pumpkin flesh. Cook until soft

Remove from heat, add grated on a grater beets and carrots, pre-soaked raisins, chopped candied fruit, salt, sugar

All folded into the pumpkin, replace the lid. Put in the preheated oven. Cook at t200* 30-40 min., depending on the size of the pumpkin

Take out, put in plates, decorate with nuts. Bon appetit!
