Very interesting recipe and taste, and in appearance. Wanted to say that it is going almost on their own: rice cook, and then everything in the oven, in short, the dish without hassle. I also want to note that the filling gives a wonderful flavor to the dish and makes meatloaf juicy!!! I only regret not have time to cook all in one day (kids do not) :)

Cooking
1. Combine ground beef and ready the cooled rice.
2. Chop the onion and pepper strips.
3. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Remove from heat and put on a napkin.
4. To the mince add garlic (chopped), seasoning, mayonnaise, hot sauce, dill, seasoning for meat, salt and black pepper.
5. As well as eggs and cheese (chopped).
7. Form grease with oil, place half the stuffing on the bottom of the form and align.
8. For stuffing put the cooled onions with the pepper.
9. And cover with second half of meat. In the oven: 172*C for 45 minutes.
10. Remove from the oven.
11. To combine 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp hot sauce and 1/2 tsp of tomato ketchup and mix well.
12. To lubricate our stuffing in the oven: 80*C for 15 minutes.
