It was insanely delicious!!! Tender, hearty omelette with lawasia, tomato and a splash of cheese. Invented recently, but has already a couple of times to cook, here I share with you.

Cooking
Turn the pita loaf and cut into not very thin noodles (about 0.5 cm). Fry in vegetable oil (no smell) until crisp.
Grate Suluguni cheese on a small grater (I tried already with cheese, also delicious, but the chicken seemed more tender).
Add milk and whisk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Salt - very little because cheese is quite salty, perhaps she does not need them.
On pita bread put a tomato, cut into wedges.
Pour all the egg-milk-cheese mixture.
Cover with a lid and cook on slow fire for 10 minutes. For a couple of minutes until cooked sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
