Salad puff chicken and mushroom
Simple and satisfying!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Onions cut and fry until Golden brown

Add to the onions, pickled mushrooms and fry them together for 5 minutes

In a salad bowl on the bottom three on a coarse grater boiled potatoes and mayonnaise (do not regret, differently saturated and will be dry)

On top of potatoes put fried mushrooms with onions. This layer to grease with mayonnaise, as all fried in oil.

Mushrooms grate on a coarse grater carrots, lightly coat with mayonnaise

On carrot hands pinching boiled chicken (or a Turkey). The chicken salads I always chicken pluck, not cut, because that's how the salad turns out more tender and better soaked

Layer of chicken grease with mayonnaise on top and three cheese and again mayonnaise.

Here's a salad it turns out in the section. After cooking the salad needs at least an hour or so to stand up to products soaked each other
