Cooking
I kneaded the dough using the bread machine, but you can knead in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add yeast and leave for 5 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, warm yogurt, egg. Place the dough in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading. The dough should slightly stick to hands. Give the dough to increase in volume by 2-3 times.
Cheese rubbed on a medium grater, put into the package so as not to dry.
When the dough will increase in volume, spread it on a table sprinkled with flour, knead.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Molded from dough balls, cover them with foil, leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Using flour for podpira, roll one piece of dough round with a diameter of about 30-35 cm
Grease the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll another piece of dough into a circle the same diameter, cover them first round, then grease the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with grated cheese, etc.
Cut the dough into 6 approximately equal sections. From each sector formed a croissant.
Croissants shift on greased with vegetable oil a baking sheet, cover them with a film, give them to increase in volume about 1.5-2 times.
Grease croissants with beaten egg on top, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
