Ingredients

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

Onion cut into half rings and marinate in the lemon juice. Carrots cut into strips (or grate it). The cherry tomatoes cut in half, larger tomatoes into 4-6 parts.

For dressing mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.

Onion (lemon juice drained), carrots and tomatoes put in a deep bowl, pour in dressing, mix well. Before serving, sprinkle with pine nuts.
