Beat 2 eggs and 1 Cup sugar.
Whisk until the sugar dissolves
RUB on a coarse grater butter and melted cheese. The cheese should be very soft. 2 cheese 100g.
Gasim 1 teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice (vinegar can)
Combine both mixtures and add 1 tbsp. flour and soda slaked. Rum or vanilla essence. Mix.
The dough is spread on parchment and draw a circle of desired diameter. I have 21 cm.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 170-180*C until Golden brown for 5-7 minutes. You should get 4 Korzh.
Finished cakes cool. Lubricates the cream: 500 g sour cream whipped with 0.5 tbsp. powdered sugar. Add peaches or other favorite fruits. Decorate as desired.
