Cooking
First prepare the marinade. To do this in a bowl, mix 4 tbsp soy sauce TM Kikkoman, mustard and adjika.
In the knuckle to make cuts and lard it with cloves of garlic. The resulting marinade to cover the pork knuckle, I got it from my pigs. You can marinate in advance, but if you have no time, no problem, and so it turns out very tasty, proven.
Then, you should chop the onion and carrot and fry in a saucepan until it will turn brown.
Then pour pureed tomatoes (I have homemade tomato sauce).
Shred the cabbage and add it to the pot, there to pour 1 tbsp. of soy sauce TM Kikkoman and simmer for about 5 minutes.
On the bottom of a heatproof baking dish put the cabbage and on her knuckle.
