Salad
It would seem everyone knows the salad with the traditional ingredients, but if you want to give the dish a more full-bodied and spicy taste, I offer you my version of cooking this well-known salad. This salad is for those who love spicy food.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.75 cup

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Green onions

  • Salt

Boil beetroot, cut into small cubes.

Boil potatoes, cut in small cubes.

Chop the onion.

In a bowl add the diced beets. To avoid staining other ingredients beet juice, do not add a large amount of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon). Mix well.
