To prepare the salad we need soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Grind the garlic. Slice onions into thin half-rings.
In a large bowl mix sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and ground red pepper add the chopped garlic and mix everything carefully until smooth. The sauce is ready.
Carrots grate on the Korean grater.
Cucumber peel and RUB on the Korean grater or simply cut into fine strips.
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl, pour the cooked sauce and stir. Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds and add the greens. Bon appetit!!!
